La Pizzeria
Even for Pizza, we want to use high quality products, and this is how our choice fell on Petra flour, an Italian project to rediscover the noble function of carbohydrates, which makes the ingredients and work tools available to everyone for transform the energetic power of cereals into pieces of a healthier and tastier diet. A special flour, stone-ground, with tasty pizzas by the sea, our winning mix waiting to be discovered.

The desserts are produced by us, using the best raw materials, you can find from the classic Tiramisu to recipes from our kitchen, including some very tasty reinterpretations. The great classics such as Truffle and Lemon Sorbet cannot be missing, but our staff will be able to advise you on how to add flavor to these too.
